At Torre di Baratti Restaurant you may enjoy our cooking classes. We work on traditional Tuscan dishes revisiting the recipes in a modern way, never losing the value and the ancient meaning of the prepared dishes.
In addition to Traditional Tuscan cuisine, we make pasta and bake with wholemeal, organic flours and sourdough.
Two hours with us
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to learn, have fun and bring back home a piece of Tuscany, using our Resort’s Bio products.
At 1:30 p.m. Aperitif and to follow lunch, eating the dishes you will have prepared.
