The biodynamic Olive Oil from Torre di Baratti stems from centuries-old olive trees with a majority of the Moraiolo variety, accomplished by Frantoiano and other varieties that up until these days not have been classified. It’s flavour is distinguished by herbs, a hint of artichokes and the unique sapidity of the sea which is just a few hundred meters from the olive grove.

Munica

Biodynamic Vermentino

Cultivated by the sea in the Gulf of Baratti, without the use of synthetic chemicals in the vineyard and with only small doses of sulfur dioxide in the cellar.

The name Munica, in Etruscan means “sacred”.
